Pick your spot
Monthly drivers choose a numbered spot, on a map of the yard's bays where one is drawn, check it fits their rig, then sign and pay online.
Fleets book themselves
A company holds 3 or more spots under its name, billed to the company, and names the truck in each spot. No sales call needed.
Storage by size
Yard pads are sold by size, like 30 × 40 ft. Need another size? Ask for a custom quote and our team sends a price to your account.
Free cancellation
Cancel a daily booking up to 24 hours before check-in for a full refund. The deadline shows on your booking.
The new Flame app is out
The new Flame app is live on iPhone and Android: pay monthly parking from your bank automatically, and follow yards that are opening soon.

Live open count on yard pages: “6 of 38 open tonight”, “3 left tonight” or “Full tonight”.
Every spot shows its size and a fit check against your rig, and yards list a maximum length.
At yards run by numbered spots, daily drivers choose their spot after paying.
Gate codes stay private until 24 hours before check-in, and are never sent by text.
Every booking text links straight to that booking.
Monthly tenants can pay from their bank account by signing an ACH authorization.
Rewards points for in-app reviews and yard photos.
A rebuilt yard page: prices right under the facts on a phone, and “N left” or “Full” on each size.
New rows on Find parking: New yards, Opening soon and Fleet parking.
Yards still being set up show on the map and in search, with Notify me so you hear when they open.

Yard pages show a weekly rate where the yard sells one.

Fleet-only yards (monthly, 3 to 20 spots per company) and fleets-welcome yards, both listed on Fleet parking.
Companies hold, sign and pay for their spots online, with no approval step.
Name the truck that parks in each monthly spot, and see every company spot on one page.

Yard pads labelled the same everywhere, like “Outdoor yard · 30 × 40 ft · 1,200 sq ft”, on the lease, invoice and account pages.
Custom-size quote requests at yards that take them, priced by our team and booked through the normal sign-and-pay flow.

List your yard while you finish payout setup.
Prefer paper? Our team can enter your payout bank from a signed form.
Owner mode on the website: a Today page, bookings that match the apps, and earnings by month.
Give spot counts per size instead of drawing rows.
See and update your yard's gate codes yourself, with a reminder each month to check they are still right.
Listing photos carry a quiet Flame watermark.

The next iPhone update, with the new Find parking rows, yard rules on the yard page and gate codes for owners, is in testing now. Android has them already.
