Terms of Service

The Company name, the terms FLAMETRUCKPARKING.COM, TRUCK PARKING ACROSS AMERICA, the Company logo, and all related names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans are trademarks of the Company or its affiliates or licensors. You must not use such marks without the prior written permission of the Company. All other names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans on this Website are the trademarks of their respective owners.

Service Fees: flametruckparking.com will withhold 20% of gross Parking Fees made by Truckers for Parking Spaces in Host's Parking Area. flametruckparking.com will transmit the remaining portion of Parking Fees, less such amounts necessary to pay applicable taxes, including sales taxes, collected by flametruckparking.com with respect to Host's Parking Area to the Host via ACH within 30 days.

Standard Refund Policy: Bookings can be cancelled for a full refund up to 24 hours before the scheduled start time. Cancellations made between 24 hours and 4 hours before the start time are eligible for a 50% refund. Cancellations made less than 4 hours before the start time are non-refundable. This policy applies to all payment methods and all types of daily and weekly parking services.

Payment Processing: Upon successful payment processing, the applicable amount is non-refundable. This applies even if you do not use the full duration of your reserved parking time or if you vacate the space earlier than scheduled.

Service Disruptions: In the rare event of service disruptions preventing access to reserved parking, we may offer alternative parking solutions or credit for future use at our sole discretion, but no monetary refunds will be issued.

Monthly Parking Requirements: For monthly parking plans, we require a minimum of 1 month (30 days) written notice before cancellation. This notice must be submitted in writing via email to team@flametruckparking.comor through your account dashboard. The notice period begins the day after we receive your cancellation request.

Monthly Billing: Monthly parking charges are automatically renewed each billing cycle until proper cancellation notice is received and the notice period is fulfilled. Failure to provide the required notice will result in billing for the subsequent month regardless of usage.

Disputes: Any billing disputes must be submitted in writing within 5 business days of the transaction date. While we will review all disputes, submission of a dispute does not guarantee any refund or credit.

Flame Truck Parking is committed to protecting your privacy. We do not share, sell, rent, or transfer any of your personal information to any third parties under any circumstances.
