"I booked parking and due to an accident I had to cancel. I cancelled well within the cancellation period but was not issued a refund. I contacted several people to follow up on my refund but nothing was done. I’m still waiting to hear back. The cancel feature does not work. I have since contacted my bank. I’m surprised they are wanting my review."
