If you need to stop taking bookings for a while, use Pause new bookings under Access and settings; your listing, prices and existing reservations stay in place, and you can resume whenever you're ready.

Revisit your photos and description every few months. New lighting, a repaved surface, or added cameras are worth photographing and mentioning. Listings that look maintained and up to date win more bookings than stale ones, and a current description with the right keywords helps drivers find you.

Watch your reviews and respond to them. Thanking happy customers and addressing concerns publicly shows future drivers you're an attentive, reliable host.

Keep the surface clear of debris and potholes, check that lights and gates work, and handle snow or standing water promptly. A safe, clean lot earns better reviews and repeat tenants — the foundation of steady monthly income.
