We're sorry to see you go. Before you delete your account, please review the information below.
This action cannot be undone
Once your account is deleted, all your data will be permanently removed and cannot be recovered.
What Gets Deleted
The following data will be permanently removed from our systems:
- Your account information (name, email, phone number)
- All vehicle information and photos
- Booking history and preferences
- Payment methods and Stripe customer data
- Search history and saved locations
- Profile picture and preferences
- Notification settings
- All personal data associated with your account
Data Retention
Some data may be retained for legal and business purposes:
Deletion Timeline
Immediately:
Account access is disabled, and you can no longer sign in
Within 24 hours:
Profile data and preferences are removed from active systems
Within 30 days:
All personal data is permanently deleted from our databases
Within 90 days:
Data is removed from all backup systems
Before You Delete Your Account
Cancel Active Bookings
Please cancel any active or upcoming bookings before deleting your account. Visit your bookings page to manage your reservations.
Download Your Data
Want a copy of your data before deletion? Contact us at info@flametruckparking.com to request a data export. We'll provide your data within 30 days.
Consider Alternatives
Instead of deleting your account, you can:
- Delete individual vehicles without removing your account
- Update your profile information
- Manage notification preferences
- Simply stop using the app (no charges unless you book)
Request Account Deletion
To delete your account, please send us a deletion request via email. We'll confirm your identity and process your request within 48 hours.
What to include:
- Your email address associated with the account
- Phone number (if you provided one)
- Reason for deletion (optional)
You'll receive a confirmation email once your request is processed.
